On the 22nd of April 2026, we invite you to an intimate journey through time, exploring two very different wines bound by the same origin. At the heart of this tasting lies a unique connection: both Kiraz and Solum share Syrah sourced from the same vineyard. Yet through style, intention and winemaking, they reveal themselves in remarkably different ways. Kiraz, meaning cherry in Turkish, captures the more floral, vibrant and fruit-driven side of the vineyard. In Kiraz, the Syrah is blended each year with different grapes, allowing every vintage to highlight its freshest aromatics and most expressive character. The result is a softer, refreshing and elegant wine, shaped by brightness, charm and seasonal nuance. Solum, meaning terroir, stands at the other end of the spectrum. It is our strongest wine. Bold, structured, manly and bombastic. A 100% Syrah and one of our few mono-varietal wines, Solum is a powerful and unapologetic expression of both grape and place, showing the deeper, more commanding side of the same vineyard. This tasting is an exploration of how one vineyard, one grape and one place can give rise to two profoundly different identities. We will discover the evolution of Kiraz through the following vintages: 2018 · 2020 · 2021 · 2022 · 2023 · 2024 Alongside it, we will present Solum in two defining vintages: 2017 · 2021 Eight wines. Two identities. One terroir. Throughout the tasting, a carefully curated selection of artisanal cheeses and charcuterie will be served, thoughtfully paired to complement the wines and enrich the experience. Limited guests will be accommodated for this experience, allowing for meaningful discussion, detailed insight and a truly personal atmosphere. This is not just a tasting.
